Easy to assemble. Like all of the adjustments as it suits other family members (if they would use it!). I use almost daily. I don't bother with all the electronic settings, etc. so cannot comment on that. Comfortable seat and back, which was a problem with previous one. If it's not comfy, it won't get used. Can be used for a strenuous workout out or a more leisurely ride. I can't even pedal at the higher resistance. The fan seems pretty useless. Very quiet which is nice while watching tv. Was a little less $ when I purchased. Overall, pleased with purchase and hope to ride all winter long, while stuck inside. I'm far from an athlete and just wanted to make sure I don't grow to the couch in the winter. Unfortunately, the first unit lasted only 30 days before a defective weld on the bracket holding the seat back to the frame, simply gave way. it was obvious the weld had not fully penetrated the frame, so defective at the manufacturing plant. however, Amazon was amazing. they had a replacement at my door in less than a week, and i packed up the original unit in the box that the replacement came in and returned pre-paid by amazon using UPS. aside from the hassle of assembling twice and reboxing the original, all good now, or at least so far. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful  Poor fit, By Verified Purchase This review is from: IRONMAN Triathlon X-Class 410 Smart Technology Recumbent Bike with Bluetooth, Air Soft Seat and Adjustable Backrest (Sports) I returned it which was horrible as I had to assemble it then find it did not suit my wife or I and then take it apart and pack it up. That took 6 hours. The video claims user height from 5 feet to 6 feet 4 inches. My wife is 5 feet tall and it did not fit her or come close. I am 6' 2" and it did not fit me either. The recumbent is supposed to be easier on your knees than an elliptical, but at my height with the seat all the way back it put a large strain on my knees. When my wife had her feet on the pedals her back would not touch the seat when the seat was forward all the way. This may work perfectly for those in the mid range of height.It was fairly well made, the screen arrived with a nick in it and the fairing around the pedal assembly was damaged and not faired up, I restored this with a screwdriver to its intended configuration.
